Hello,

I’m Jackie, the owner of Archimedes Ledger LLC, a bookkeeping and records management business dedicated to helping individuals and small businesses grow with confidence.

 

With over 10 years of bookkeeping experience and an Intuit Bookkeeping Professional Certification, I bring both expertise and personal commitment to every client I work with. I hold a degree in Business and have worked in diverse roles at Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, including Administrative Assistant, Accounts Clerk, Donations Coordinator, and Board Secretary. Later, I worked with Shoebox Taxes, Inc., where I supported multiple small businesses by organizing financial statements, preparing P&Ls for tax purposes, and maintaining accurate books.

 

My journey as a small business owner and single mom has taught me resilience, attention to detail, and the importance of trustworthy financial management. These values are at the heart of the services I provide.
